Research information sent by Greg Ledford:    John Driver was in Co. E. 41^st Regiment of Tennessee Infantry, CSA.  The 41^st was captured at Fort Donelson and reorganized in 1862.  His tombstone is a Veteran Administration issued tombstone with the Wreath inside the Southern Cross on top.
