On September 17, 2004, Irene Gaddis Binkley, granddaughter of James S. Gaddis and Tennie Reed Gaddis, sent in the tombstone inscriptions, as above listed, which she had recorded in the Gaddes Cemetery.  On the day of her visit, during the past year, a large bush had grown around their tombstone in the center of the graveyard.  She had to prune the bush in order to read the inscriptions.  The Cemetery Survey volunteers had not seen this tombstone on their site visit during 2000.
